We can work on a customized menu to ensure all your favorites are included on the menu – and we can also introduce some tempting new dishes that are sure to be a big hit with the gang.

From grilled–to–order dishes to a hand–cut barbeque station to refreshing cocktails and healthy salads, we offer a variety of services for your summertime fun. Our drop–off service is particularly popular for a casual affair, and we can also provide uniformed servers and a completely planned affair for more elegant settings.

Roasted Pig : Enjoy this barbecue favorite, a perfectly seasoned roasted pig carved to order. Add $5.50 per person,
Hot Dogs : All beef hot dogs grilled and served on fresh baked buns. Accompanied by ketchup, mustard, relish, raw onions.
Hamburgers : Steak burgers grilled and served on fresh baked buns. Accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onion, American cheese, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles.
Blackened Chicken : Boneless and skinless chicken seared and grilled with Cajun blackening spices. Served with a homemade Tequila infused Salsa.
Barbecue Chicken : Boneless and Skinless chicken marinated and grilled with our own Honey-Jalapeno barbecue Sauce.
Barbecue Ribs : Baby Back Pork ribs - marinated, seared, baked, and grilled to perfection. Served with our own Honey-Jalapeno Barbecue Sauce.
Beef Brisket : Slow Roasted Brisket of Beef with a barbecue rub.
Pork Loin : Slow Roasted Pork Loin seasoned with Caribbean Jerk Seasonings, topped with Pineapple Salsa.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken : Hand Battered Chicken in Buttermilk and Fried to Perfection.
Shrimp Kabobs : Skewers filled with large seasoned shrimp, onions and peppers. Add $3.00 per person
Tuna Loin : Chili Rubbed Tuna Loin prepared to a perfect medium rare, topped with peach chutney. Add $2.00 per person.
